I see. You are connected to the Controller part of the AP, that means mobility express is running.

Is the LED static red or blinking?

Static would be very bad, because that means a corrupted image, which I find hard to believe, as the AP seems to be running.

If it's blinking red, then the wrong country is selected.

Can you please post the full boot console output?

If it's blinking red  :=======> Now

How i Can  please post the full boot console output?   what command used ??????,,

what command used to give you as you like ???????,

For the boot log output you have to attach a console cable, open a serial connection and then reboot the AP.

Regarding the country, you have an -I- model AIR-AP1815I-I-K9, that means you have to select a country where the -I- is permitted, for example Egypt or Israel (I assume you live in such a country?). You find the full list of countries here:
https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/assets/prod/wireless/wireless-compliance-tool/index.html
After that the red blinking should stop.
The command for Israel including a full reboot:
config country IL
save config
reset system

we have  from Tunisia

so what i put  as command !!!!!!!!!

I am from Tunisia !

i put Israil is better ?????????,

If you select one of those country codes and reset the AP, the red LED should stop and it should offer you the SSID to configure it via wireless.

(Cisco Controller) >config country IL

Changing country code could reset channel & RRM grouping configuration.
If running in RRM One-Time mode, reassign channels after this command.
Check customized APs for valid channel values after this command.
Are you sure you want to continue? (y/n) y

Disable 802.11a and 802.11b networks prior to configuring country code.
