To Mobility Express Cisco 8.8.100

Hello

I convert from 8.3.111 AP  1815i CAPWAP  to moblity express 8.8.100

But i have a problem :

switch  layer 2 can ping to Cisco mobility express WLC  and my Laptop can pingto  Cisco mobility express WLC

but WLC moblity  express  can't ping   the   switch  ni Laptop and not broadcast SSID and can't get to Web GUI

anyone had this kind of issue with AP 1815i CME?

Urgent ,  i must to resolve this problem So ,

how i can reslove this   CME  that allow  ME ping to switch and laptop and i can get Web GUI   ?????????????

Do NOT use 8.3.111.0! That image is only CAPWAP without any Mobility Express function. Use 8.8.111.0 for Mobility Express.

yes i know , if i convertir to 8.8.111  , then i can do acces per interface web !! 

i used anthoer  AP1815i to convertir 8.8..11   Bu the AP1815i that i used 8.8.100 , what solution  i can do that , f convertir to capwap ????????,  what i do exactly

i ued a solution :

controller>  I used Backup boot image 8.8.111 and then i convert to 8.8.100 : Then it is fine !!

Primary Boot Image............................... 8.8.100.0 (default) (active)
Backup Boot Image................................ 8.8.111.0

But other Problem : i need command to show AP 1815i from CLI  ME 1815 and i need command that allow AP detect WLC 1815  and ME detct AP 1815i

so what command used : please i need you help

What command can be used in the controller ME  that AP associated to controller and that  controller associated to acces point????????????,

If both Accesspoints are in the same VLAN, they should discover each other automatically while booting. It's important that a DHCP server is active inside that VLAN.

For this, both AP require the same version, for example 8.8.111.0. If the second AP is running an older version, you need a TFTP server with the correct image.

Ok, if they are running 8.3, you have to first upgrade them. There are 2 types of images that could be running on your 1815i, either a Mobility Express capable one, or one that only is CAPWAP capable.
If it is already running a ME capable image, then this should work by following my previous manual, the chapter " Configuring SFTP or TFTP for AP Join".
Then the AP should discover the Master while it's booting and automatically download the new image from the TFTP server. It must be the same version the Master is running on, so 8.8.100.0 in your case.

But if you ordered CAPWAP APs, without ME image, then you have to follow the process outlined here:

That means you would first need to convert it to a ME capable image and after that it should be able to join the ME Master.

NO, i want on one  ME 1815I running now 8.8.100 : (  it is ok and it is fine  ) BUT  and other AP ( 29 AP 1815i)   CAPWAPr now running by default 8.3.111

Then , i ask you , what i can do that allow ME 1815I communicate with other AP 1815i and vers versa ???????,

problem 1) what command used in WLC ME ?????? or other method that allow communicaton?

2)Problem 2)  SSID is show in etlehphone but password is not accpted : (  password is the same configure ME ) : seconde problem 

there two probleme

so please , what two solution can resolve ????,, ( it must this week finish this project )

Regarding 1,please try a show version on an 8.3.x ap and size me the output. It's possible that the command doesn't exist there.

Regarding 2,what security settings have you configured on the ssid?

1) i send you a file that show version AP1815I new 

2) ME 8.8.100 :  i set : username : AP-SOTETEL +  Password : Sotetel123 (  these settings requests when converter from 8.8.11 AP to ME 8.8.100 )  

But , i try in pc or telehpne portabl : password don'work !!!
