Unable to access to the GUI WLC 1832i from the same network

Hello,

I met an issue with a WLC 1832i: after an upgrade from the version 8.5.140.0 to the version 8.10.130.0, it's impossible to ping the management interface and access to the GUI while i'm in the same network. When I connect the console port to my computer and reboot the WLC, I see the boot sequence which is below: the led light is green and it turns flashing red (underligned on the boot sequence) but when I'm connecting to console port, i can manage the device properly. Does anyone have an idea of what happen ?

System will now restart!

Does the normal function work, can clients normally connect and use it?

Can you check if it still has the same IP address for its management interface? Maybe it has changed after the reboot/upgrade.

Nothing is working even when i boot from the old firmware image. The controller isn't plugged in the network with client, I took it back to the office for seeing what's going on it. The management IP address didn't change. I tried to reset it a several time (from the cli with the 'Recover-Config' command and with the mode button pressed more than 20 second) but it didn't resolve the problem.

That doesn't sound good. Can you post again the full bootup process with the older image?
