why Cisco dropped support for this in 1130AG model?

What was the last version of IOS that supported it?

The last IOS the I can find with uWGB support is 12.4(3g)JA

what makes you say that the support for that got dropped ?

I have a 1130 on my desk running 12.4.25 and it definitely can be configured for universal WGB ...

This said, it's a bet strange to configure a ceiling-mountable AP for uWGB but you probably have your reasons :-)
