user connect with far AP rather than on nearby AP

Hi All,

Need help. User connect in my Wi-Fi network with far AP rather than nearby AP which have good signal stregth.

We have enabled DCA with auto and TPCv1. But still facing issue. Its happeining after we change AP to 2800 & WLC with 5520 & Software version is 8.5.140.0

Please help

 - Clients decide on roaming independently , if there's no problem disregard the issue.
