Using scripts or batch files to configure APs on 5508 WLC

Is there a way to use batch files to configure APs from Windows 7?  I have seen it done in Linux.  A batch file was written for setting up flexconnect mode and assigning APs, naming APs and assigning them to groups. 

I have not found a method to do it in Windows.

I suggest using Cisco Prime Infrastructure for management. It can do everything you. Are asking for.
