Virtual WLC ssid broadcast for some users

Hi there ,

I just set up a virtual WLC and configured Aps with 3 SSID.

I configured APs in flexconnect mode, since with local mode , i couldn't see my SSIDs broadcast.

Now most of users , aprox 90% are connected, but 10% cannot see the SSIDs . It's not a coverage issue, because we tested many devices in the same room of the affected users and we can see this SSIDs.

Any idea

Hi,

Please check if any AP Groups except default group created on WLC!!!

I have not configured any new AP Group. I have only the default.

Please also check the data rates allowed in both band!!!
