Hello,
We have an external captive portal with external Radius servers. The user authenticates in our portal and then we submit a POST request to the "switch_url" parameter contained in the captive portal redirect URL. In some vWLC it works ok but in some others, we have got a message saying the web page is inaccessible.
Do you have some idea about what could this be?
I noticed that in our controller, the virtual IP is 1.1.1.1 and it's working OK.
Although, in some of our customers, their virtual IP usually is another one like (192.x.x.x), could the issue be related to that?

Hello,
I changed it and it's working with the new virtual IP address.
I think the problem it's due to some issue in our Radius servers during the authentication process.
