Hi,

What is the output of "dir flash:"? Can you see the IOS in flash? If the IOS is available you can issue the "boot" command to restart the AP. If there is no IOS in flash, then you will need to download IOS to device.

Thanks

John

I typed boot, then it restarted, but it came to the status again. At this moment, i do not have the device with me. i will recheck it again tomorrow.

We did not delete ios. Is there something wrong? Maybe we need to change ios path or something.

Console into the AP and reboot.
We want to see what the AP is doing.

after using the below, it starts to work out: but do not know why

ap:delete flash:private-config

ap:delete flash:private-multiple-fs

ap:boot
