I have the RV110W running ver 1.2.1.4, Firmware MD5 checksum:9db70c4be4a4377bfdef5e3d398214d8. It allows for a 75 security key to be entered in the Wifi section for an AES WPA2 configuration.
Isn't the standard 63 character?

Yes You are right its minimum 64 characters.

I enter a 63 or 64 wifi password on the RV110W however when I go to make the password visible and copy it to a tet document the password is changed and greater than 64 characters it can be anywhere from 68 to 75 charaters long.

Hi,
As per my understanding, it should allow maximum of 64 characters, if it is allowing more than 64 character it could be a bug in this release upgrade it to latest code and then check.
well what is you actual issue ? are you facing any error while setting up a password.
