Wireless 3702i Ap -Relogin Issues

Dear all ,

we are using Cisco 3702i Access Point, while connecting wifi its asking credentials daily to certain mobile devices, we need bypass the portal,  is their any frequency issues, we need to change the frequency range, can u plz guide me to sort it out . . .

Can you please mention what are that devices on which it is prompting for credentials every time. ?

Yes the good solution is try using "web pass-through"  authentication method. In which guest no need to type the credentials and able to connect after seeing the initial portal and browse .
