Wireless clients dropped during the key exchange to mobile

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue of wireless clients being dropped during the process of key exchange to mobile. This happens every 30 mins.

Bellow is the capture of debug client.

Dot1x_NW_MsgTask_0: Dec 12 17:36:57.435: xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx Starting key exchange to mobile 3c:a9:f4:89:5b:28, data packets will be dropped

Is there any way that I resolve this...

Hi

 Deeper packet inspection with some good sniffer would help you. The message is somehow vage as it does not tell  whom is dropping it.  You can also share the full debug output, this might help as well.

Our environment is not effected with the mentioned Bug. We are experiencing this issue with only one site.

Is the key exchange to mobile delay sensitive, sometimes I find site to DC delay is more than 10ms..

Is there a good tool that I can use to measure the delay between AP to Controller ?

since when are you facing this issues,
did you done any upgrade or changes in the Config.
Also share more details On AP models and WLC Model with IOS details.
