Wireless Connectivity keeps dropping on 1100 Series AP

I have an 1100 series AP and it seems to be configured properly, but every few minutes or so the connection will drop and then come back up again. It is happening on two different laptops. Both using Windows XP. 1 is using a Dell True Mobile wireless card and the other is using a Cisco 350 series wireless card. Are there any general troubleshooting steps that someone can recommend to help fix this problem? I am using 128 bit encryption and the signal strength says excellent on both laptops.
