Hi ,

I am new to wireless , i am facing client disconnection in my site .

We use a Wism module on 6500 series switch .

Some times when user tries to connect his laptop he will not get authenticated but after a restart it may work for some hours then again the same disconnection issue will reoccur .

I have captured the output of debug client <mac-address > from the WLC and attached the same .

kindly help me in resolving the issue .

Thank you !

Regards

Angus

Apparently, whatever you are using as radius server is rejecting the authentication. You should look into the reason of the reject on the radius server.

Hii ,

As suggested by Nicholas , AAA server is rejecting the client . Check the radius logs for the reason. Is this problem with all clients or particular clients only ? You can reduce the session time out on the controller and  check if the problem happens every time client tries to reauth.

Thanks

Vinay
