If i restart my WLC, will the APs that are connected will be rebooted as well?

Hello,

No, just your controller will reboot.

But, if yours apps working as tunnel-mode, they wont send any data because depends of the controller has in active state. Otherwise, if yours aps working as local-mode, you can do it without problem.

If your APs are in local mode and do not have a secondary controller (or have learnt one via mobility neighbors) they will start the WLC Discovery and Join phase again.

If they don't find a WLC they sometimes reboot and start the process again.

Depends.  Are you upgrading the firmware of the WLC?
