Hi, we have a 2504 WLC and 8 352l AP. All AP are working and can be seen in the WLC except 1. It can grab an ip address but cannot see on the WLC. the show ap join...only shows that it is trying to join but no error indicated. A debug capwap events didn't show the ip add. Any help on where to troubleshoot pls?
Thanks

So far so good. Do you have the bootup process, as requested by Scott (below)?

Also attach the boot up process from the console of the AP.

All sorted out, found that this WAP is joining into other remote controller. It's strange cause this is new and plug into the same vlan as its local WLC. Should it broadcast on it's Vlan only before going into other vlan to find other WLC?

Well it will but if you have option 43 or even DNS to point to another WLC the AP might join that WLC. That is why you always console into the AP to look at the output. That would of shown you how the device found the other WLC.
