WLC 2504 web-authen problem

Hi,

I'm facing clients cannot redirect to web-authen for guest network.

The system use WLC 2504 version 7.4.100.60.

You need to supply more info? What are the users seeing, do they associate and get an IP address but can't get to the webauth page? Might want to look at this troubleshooting link also.

I talked to my customer about when guest is connected to guest network it should redirect to web-authen but he said browser take a long time for open web-authen or sometimes cannot.

Any ideas
