WLC 4402 - Editing one interface and affect on other WLANs

Hello All,

We have a 4402 WLC (that we will be replacing soon) with three WLANs setup on it.   I want to change the settings for our guest WLAN interface.  There is a notice on the interface settings page:

Note: Changing the Interface parameters causes the WLANs to be temporarily disabled and thus may result in loss of connectivity for some clients.

Would all of our WLANs be affected and interrupted by changing the settings for this one guest WLAN interface, or, only the guest WLAN itself?

Thanks

If you're changing a setting at the WLAN level, all clients ONLY from that WLAN will get disconnected and will have to re-authenticate.

If you're making a change at the Dynamic-Interface, all WLANs that make use of the interface will drop their clients and they'll have to re-authenticate.
