WLC Makes Makes Loud Noise Time to Time

Have brand new WLC and it makes loud noise time to time, 

software version:8.3.143

Fan RPM rates are normal

went to similar threads and a common fix was to change fan policy - performance

but unable to do so because it shows cisco fan policy override - card(s) cavium present

please advise

If your AP support 8.5.140.0 code I would upgrade to that & see.

thanks and we have AIR-AP2802I-E-K9, checked the download site

8.5.140 has been deferred 

the recommended one is Release 8.5.151.0 but I do not find it on the matrix

it is a 5520

The 5520 is loud when it boots up, but not much loader when running normal. The fan does spin up here and there, but again, that is normal.

Does the WLC sound like a Hoover vacuum cleaner?
If it does, then it's normal. The controller, after all, is a UCS server.
