I'm trying configuring the AIR-SAP1602E-E-K9 for working with only one antenna.
In Network -> Network Interface -> Radio0-802.11n 2G.Hz I put:
Recive Antenna: Right (A) marked
Transmit Antenna: Right(A) marked
Internal Antenna Configuration: Disable
(like picture)
When I press "Apply" button an error appears and doesn't keep the changes.
Can I work with only one antenna? The antenna is AIR-ANT2450
Thanks

You are using AIR-ANT2450,
but according to documents, these antennas are supported on the 1602E:

Hope that helps.

Not, doesn't help, not entirely, because I wanted to know how I have to configure the AIR-SAP1602E-E-K9 to work with one antenna only instead three antennas (diversity), but thanks for your help.

This is not supported but may work.
You may face packet loss if you are using only one anteena.
* Multiple streams using separate sub-carriers with the same signal transmitted across all the installed antennas (difference being delay to aggregate signals)? * Multiple streams where a different data stream is transmitted out each antenna to reach the same client? Is the packet loss the clients would experience from using only one antenna more along the lines of * the smaller coverage area from what would be achieved with a similar gain MIMO antenna? * the AP dividing/fragmenting a single client's data stream across antennas?

OK, I understand.
But I want to know how can I configure the AIR-SAP1602E-E-K9 to work with only one antenna. I sent a picture (a part of the screen) with the options I choose but I get an error and I don't know how I have to configure the AP to work with only one atenna.
Thanks

Hello,
As 1602E Access point comes with Built-in 3 external antennas.
you have option in this access-point you can change your Tx OR Rx antenna setting as per your wireless Tx and Rx propagation requirement.
1st you need to select any of antenna which want you use..then enable internal antenna configuration and hit Apply button.. it wouldn't be give you any error.
