On WLC code 220.127.116.11 or 18.104.22.168, you will notice a degraded tracking for RFID tags. In most of the cases there will be missing "hearing access points" for the RFID tags causing non-accurate location.
This problem is caused by bug CSCtr20250.
Location tracking is not working as expected due to WLC code 22.214.171.124 not taking into consideration all hearing access points for a particular tag. The error message that appears on WLC "debug rfid error enable" is:
<tag mac address> rfid Aerosct updated by AP <mac address> has invalid rssi -128
Dowgrade wlc code to 126.96.36.199
This bug is going to be fixed in upcoming 7.0 release and onwards. You can also open a TAC Service request and request a special code based on 7.0 in the meantime.
