Resolution
When the base station is configured for dial-up operation, do not connect it to a wired LAN being supported by another Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) server. This might produce conflicting IP address assignments on the wired LAN because the base station DHCP server function supports both wireless and wired devices in dial-up mode.
