Core Issue
The error message appears if there is a mismatch in the shared-key between the RADIUS server and the Cisco Aironet Access point.
Resolution
Ensure that the shared-key used on the RADIUS server and the AP are the same.Such problem can occur due to invisible space " " character at the end of the key.Re-enter the key manually,do not copy/ paste the key on Access point and the RADIUS server.
