I need to recovery 5508 Wireless controller password. Can someone here from Cisco community can help me by sending me the steps to recovery to recover password and username PLEASE.

You would have to factory default the unit. If you have smnp configured and prime infrastructure, you could create a new admin user.  Other than that, there is no password recovery.

After the reboot when i type Restore-Password hit enter, my 8.0.132.0 WLC just goes to password as next prompt.  Not asked username;

Any other way password recovery for this model ?

Enter the new password you created after you reboot the device.

I followed the attached video and it worked for my 5508 WLC.  Look like you are using updated IOS for your WLC.
