Installing OpenSSl on computer

OpenSSL can be used to generate CSR for Web-auth and Web-admin certificates for Wireless Controllers. That is why it is important know that how to install it. Below are the steps:

  1. Download the OpenSSL from Below:

https://sourceforge.net/projects/gnuwin32/files/openssl/0.9.8h-1/openssl-0.9.8h-1-setup.exe/download?use_mirror=master&use_mirror=voxel

  1. Install it in C drive:

  1. It can be accessed via Command Prompt. So open command prompt.

  1. Set the path in Command prompt to bin folder by running below command:

  1. Now type “openssl” and press enter in command prompt, you will get prompted into openssl:
