5520 show psu2 present but its not

 I have two 5520 that currently only has one PSU installed , but the cli shows that the second PSU is present but not powered.

Power Supply 2................................... Present, Off
Maximum number of APs supported.................. 1500
NAME: "Chassis" , DESCR: "Cisco 5520 Wireless Controller"

 

Manufacturer's Name.............................. Cisco Systems Inc.
Product Name..................................... Cisco Controller
Product Version.................................. 8.2.166.0
RTOS Version..................................... 8.2.166.0

 

the same output for both controllers. This seems to be a odd bugg.

I've found the same bug. Both power lights are turned on but shows "present, off"

you may friend running a very old AIreOS, please check your AP model compatibility and upgrade your controller to the latest Cisco recommended AireOS to rule out any bugs.
