I have two 5520 that currently only has one PSU installed , but the cli shows that the second PSU is present but not powered.
Power Supply 1................................... Present, OK
Power Supply 2................................... Present, Off
Maximum number of APs supported.................. 1500
NAME: "Chassis" , DESCR: "Cisco 5520 Wireless Controller"
Manufacturer's Name.............................. Cisco Systems Inc.
Product Name..................................... Cisco Controller
Product Version.................................. 8.2.166.0
RTOS Version..................................... 8.2.166.0
the same output for both controllers. This seems to be a odd bugg.

- Mentions quite a few bug references , concerning this issue; guess they are still struggling with that (indeed).

you may friend running a very old AIreOS, please check your AP model compatibility and upgrade your controller to the latest Cisco recommended AireOS to rule out any bugs.
