5520 WLC HA, not able to conenct to Management after failover

Hi

Installed 2 x 5520 in HA running code 8.5.140.
Just carrying out fail over testing before going live. Using the same test plan used for 8510s couple years ago.

HA All in sync, Primary is active, Secondary in standby.

A laptop connects to the 5520 management GUI, so manage by wireless is enabled.
Another laptop is on the LAN to run pings ect and connect to GUI.

Carry out Force redundancy switchover the Secondary becomes active and the Primary becomes standby after reboots.

At this point the laptop on the wireless IS NOT able to browse to the GUI management or SSH, but is still connected to the LAN and is able to surf.
When force the WLC back after bulk sync is done, still not able to connect with client laptop.

Once reboot both WLCs, I am then able to connect to the GUI of the 5520 on the laptop.

The laptop on the LAN is able to connect at every stage, after reauthenticating again

The laptop on the lan is able to connect to the GUI.

Are you by chance using custom SSL certificates for the WLC web interface? If yes, did you install the certificate also on the Standby? Certificates don't get synced sadly.
