Aironet 1815m + SG350-28P, does it work?

hello all,

I am now having a Aironet 1815m and the SG-350-28p on hand, 

and i would like to put them together for internal testing. 

I have tried to put them together, AP powered, and however it seems cannot get the IP.
so i cannot go into the configuration page.
I did try to open the DHCP Option 43, and seems it fail.

is there any recommendation or have i missed something?

The ap does need to have an ip address to start. Have you verified that DHCP is working by connecting a laptop to that same port?

Also, go through this guide and make sure you have met all the requirements and the images on the ap are correct.
