Re: AP ME 1832I packet loss and client disconnection

Good morning,

We have a client with packet loss and delay in the wireless network. The client is near the ME AP (56 dBm aprox.) Attached is a picture with a ping to a DNS server.

Also, sometimes we get reported about client disassociation.

This is happening to us in two totally different, separated networks Using ME 1832I deployment.

Is this a common issue with this technology?

Can you paste the swcithport confif where this AP is connected ?

Info: I am running 8.5.120.0 and its working without any issue.

I change de OS but nothing work fine.

a tp-link ap work better. :( :(

The software is AIR-AP1830-K9-ME-8-9-100-0. before AIR-AP1830-K9-ME-8-8-120-0 and the problem persist.

How do you test the packet loss?
Can you also show the output of 'show interface' from the AP, after having some data transferred?

Hello Patorberli

I sow the packet loss whe I'm connected to SSID and test the Default Gateway or internet conection. I was check out the interface conection from switch but everything it`s ok, just I loss packet when I was connected to SSID.

I can't see anything wrong. How much packet loss do you actually have? A little bit (like every 10th packet) is normal.
