Can I upload the webauth bundle from the WLC to my PC

My predecessor configured the guess SSID with a customized web auth page. I found the document about how to download it to the controller but is there a way to upload it from the controller to my PC, so I can review it and edit it?

No, You can't export the customized page from the controller.

This answer is not correct, you have multiple ways to save the current webauth config. 
You can Upload it to your pc from the GUI or TFTP using CLI both on the controller. 
Post is from 2019 so maybe didn't work then but 2020 you can save the webauth.
