can we use Single SSID with L2 security multiple encrytion Parameters

Currently we have multiple WLAN IDs, 802.1x authentication management with below different parameters.
1.WPA+TKIP
2.WPA2+TKIP
3.WPA2+AES
Now we want to segregate all these in one WLAN SSID
A)can we create new WLAN SSID with use of all these parameters.
B)What will be the impact of these
Setup:--
WLC--5500 Model
WLC IOS--7.6.130.0
AP model-2600,1242

you don't need to have unique encryption and key management combination for each WLAN ,

it's totaly not recommended to use TKIP , this encyrption exist in the WLC as backward compatibility

with old clients , but i don't think you currently have any client that support only TKIP ,
