Cisco 1700 LIghtweight Access Point not Assigning IP addresses

I have a Cisco 1700 Access Point that is not assigning IP addresses on 1 specific SSID. All other SSIDs are working as normal. The AP can reach DHCP and there are more than enough IP addresses available for this location. The AP is associated with a Cisco 5508 Wireless Controller. I've tried to compare the AP's configuration with other working APs and from what I can see is that everything is setup as expected. Can someone provide a checklist of items to check? Any ideas to solve this? Thank you.

I would check below.

1. SVI defined on switch for vlan map to SSID & ip-helper address is configured under that vlan.

2. Dynamic interface vlan map to SSID is permitted in WLC-SW trunk port

3. SSID assign dynamic interface configuration include your primary/secondary DHCP server info

4. Under WLAN advanced tab, "DHCP Addr Assignment" is ticked.
