Cisco DNA Software for Wireless - Meraki

I do not see Meraki wireless here:

it says:

The wireless infrastructure becomes the strongest first line of defense, with Encrypted Traffic Analytics (ETA) and Software-Defined Access (SD-Access)

I know Meraki does not support ETA, does Meraki support Software-Defined Access ?

I am deciding between Meraki and on-premises WLC.

I haven't seen people using Meraki WiFi with DNA.  Some people use it with ISE, but not many.

The solution is so comprehensive people tend to use it on its own.
