You are falling under this bug.

Just follow the steps given in the link and then it will stop logging forever.

Then try to copy and check.

Could be compatibility issue. Check the device compatibility from below. Are you able to see  Services > Mobility Services  in PI ? can you reboot MSE from the list?

hi ,

We have removed the MSE from Prime and tried re-adding to prime.

That time will got  error msg as below mentioned.

Kindly help us..

No response from Server. It may be unreachable, or server is down or HTTP connection to server failed.

Regards,

Thushara

Perhaps reconfigure the NMSP credentials to something different then the old/current on the MSE and remove and re-add again in the Prime

Did you try to remove & re-add MSE to Prime ?

What version of MSE are you running ?

HTH

Rasika

MSE version is 7.6.120.0

As of now we are running only wIPS services.

[root@MSE ~]# getserverinfo
Health Monitor is running
MSE services are down

[root@MSE ~]# service msed status
STATUS:
Health Monitor is running
MSE services are down

Looks like your MSE service is down. Did you try to start the service & check the status again.

 /etc/init.d/msed start

 /etc/init.d/msed status

Unfortunately i deleted MSE from prime and unable to add it also. If it is a bug, then plz suggest me how to upgrade it to next version via cli..?

If you like, you can give it a try to upgrade MSE to v8.0.

Below may give you some guidance

Thank you so much for that.

Before upgrading i need to take backup. But i deleted the MSE from prime and unable to re add it.

I have uploaded maps and it was working for wIPS trap recieving.

what should i do..?

Backup is required in case something goes wrong. Otherwise data should be retain & once upgrade done you should be able to see what was there prior to upgrade.

Before upgrade, one more time, try to stop the service & check the status. Makesure MSE service stopped. Then try to start & see.

I tried that but below output.

[root@MSE ~]# /etc/init.d/msed stop

Do you have a TAC support on this ? If so I would reach TAC & check.

If not give it a try to upgrade option

We will try to upgrade it and check. Is there any bug available in MSE current version..?

Hi Rasika,

We wish to upgrade to 7.6.132.0 version.

can you plz tell which image name i should download for MSE 3355 upgrade ?

CISCO-MSE-L-K9-7-6-132-0-64bit-db.tar (or) CISCO-MSE-L-K9-7-6-132-0-64bit.bin.gz ?

I could see resolved caveat in 7.6.132.0 version too.
