Hi,

I am facing issue in cisco prime up-gradation from 2.2 to 3.0. Facing error while loading file through FTP server (i.e) Link error. Anyone please help on this.

If you restore the database backup, then it typically also restores the license to the new machine. If that doesn't work, contact cisco licensing for a rehosting of the license, but normally that isn't needed with the virtual Prime.

What is the exact error message you get?
Can you please output the exact steps you have taken?

You're better off spinning up a new VM and then import the backup of 2.2 into a freshly built 3.X.
