Collect all AVC data and send to Prime Infrastructure 2.2 (3.0)

Hello,

After reading through the following documents I am trying to piece together how to just collect all data and send it to Prime via AVC/Netflow.

Running AVC on a Cisco WLC 7.6. I see the applications and rules...I do not want to mark or rate-limit or drop. I just want to send it all to Prime for analysis.

Any thoughts?

Hi

First of all, let's talk about licenses (even if I'm not a license expert):

- on CPI 2.2, you'll need Assurance licenses in order to get netflow/AVC statistics/flows

- on CPI 3.0, when you buy a license, assurance is included ( you can validate with your Cisco local reseller, just in case)

on wlc, you need to configure a netflow exporter that'll be your CPI IP.

On CPI, you'll need to wait few minutes and you'll be able to see the wlc netflow as feed source in AVC menu.

here is the Cisco documentation: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/cloud-systems-management/prime-infrastructure/solution_overview_c22-728972.html#_Toc428598035

hope this is clear.

Thanks

You need to have Assurance license for AVC profile monitoring,

In prime 2.2 feature license are lifecycle and assurance, in prime 3.0 both lifecycle and assurance made into single management license.
