Configure Radius Authentication for administrators on WLC 5508

Hello all,

I'm trying to configure Radius authentication for Administrators on a WLC 5508.  I have the radius working on all of my Cisco Switches, but it appears that the server is not configured correctly for the WLC.  

Does anyone have the proper configuration for the Server side?  We are using a Windows 2012r2 Server for Radius.

At some point we also have to configure the WLC to force users to agree to an Acceptable Use Policy and send them to our home page each time they connect, BUT, we don't want to have the users to have to use a login in most of our buildings.

That's for authenticating users on a WLAN.  I need to be able to configure Radius to control users from the LAN.
