Controller Association Latency, What is it?

I have an AP that has a higher then others latency.  PC's associated to this AP are dropping off at random, and it had disassociated recently for reasons unknown.   Trying to determine if its an AP issue, or some other reason, and starting with the association latency, once I understand what it is, I can move forward.

Thanks.

get, debug client mac-addr from both scenarios.

Hello.

Can you please write how to debug client mac-addr?

Thank you

Peter

Login to the WLC CLI, then enter 'debug client here-its-mac-address'. Collect the output until the client drops off.
Please note, latency isn't allowed to be very high in Local Mode APs (ping from WLC to AP).
First I'd check the LAN interface on the Switch where the AP is connected to, does it show any errors? Is it running with 1 Gbps?
