Downgrading Cisco AP 1310 form LWAPP to Autonomous

I have a Cisco Aironet 1300 2.4Ghz Wireless Bridge Access Point AIR-BR1310G-A-K9-R that is in LWAPP configuration.  I would like to convert it back to Autonomous.  I have downloaded the configuration for autonomous and placed it in the TFTP-Root directory of the Solar Winds TFTP server.   I have rebooted the access point and it is in Bridge mode.  I used the following command to move the file to the access point, but the result was "permission denied."

bridge: copy tftp://192.168.1.134/c1310-k9w7-tar.124-10b.JDA2 flash:

tftp://192.168.1.134/c1310-k9w7-tar.124-10b.JDA2: permission denied

I would appreciate any help to make the conversion.

Thanks

Have you disabled the FW on your machine?

I disabled the Norton Firewall.  Not sure if windows 10 has a separate FW.

Thanks

Win10 does so you should check.

I think your filename is missing .tar at the end. It should be like below

copy tftp://192.168.1.134/c1310-k9w7-tar.124-10b.JDA2.tar flash:
