Dynamic bandwidth contract for wireless clients

Hello,

there is a request from my customer to have dynamic bandwidth allocation to be made to a category of wireless users (VIP). While other categories (non-VIP) can get less bandwidth. When the VIP users are gone, the same bandwidth can be put back in the pool and be made available to non-VIP category of users.

Is there a way we can achieve this? On WLC or on ISE?

Customer is running wlc version 8.5.151.0 and ISE 2.4.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

I'm pretty confident that you somehow can set this through ISE.
