Flex-Link Influence on Switch STP Configuration

Rafael Santos

Dear,

I have a CORE switch, which is a root bridge of all VLANs in my environment. I want to use flex-link on a particular port. When I set the flex-link feature on my CORE switch interface, will this cause Spanning-tree to be disabled only from the interface I'm setting flex-link to, or will it disable STP from all interfaces on my CORE switch?

thankful

Rafael

It can co-exist with the same environment as STP, make sure you ready config guidelines, yes you can configure certain network.
