How can I create and Add custom signature for vWLC 8.3?

Would you please help me to create Custom Signature file and add to vWLC 8.3.

I uploaded the  CustomSig.txt_std.sig file and modified. But it appears under "Standard Signatures" not under "Custom Signatures"

Please find the attachment for details and help me
