how to recover login credentials of redundant cisco wlc

we have 3500 series WLC in SSO mode and we lost our login credentials for the redundant unit..so is there any way to restore its login credentials.

None.  You will need to factory-reset the appliance (and lose all config).

Just to add, when you commit to enable SSO, the standby will loose the original configurations and sync with the primary. So you would use the account that you have configured for the local account to access the controller. Or factory reset like Leo mentioned.
