ios 7.0.x SSID problems

We're having a problem with ios devices for some time now. When connected to an SSID on the iPad I can't switch  to another SSID. I have to use the button "forget this network" to connect with another SSID. Are there others that are facing this problem? It looks like it's not even trying to connect to the WLC.

You need to make sure you have Fast SSID Change enabled on the WLC. This can be found in the WLC GUI under The controller tab.
