Is WCS still in Life or service ? We informed by sales that WCS was replaced by NCS, but i could not find purchased items in EOL announcement:
WCS-STANDARD-K9 |
CON-CSSPU-WCSSTDK9 |
WCS-APBASE-100 |
CON-CSSPU-WCSAB1C |
Is anyone know whether the above items still in service or should be upgraded now?

you can share the official Cisco link as reference for End Of Life of WCS and share the PI datasheet for the features and support as cisco has made it clear for EOL for WCS products

Hello,
The Malin is right, the link with EoL provided by Leo is talking only about Legacy WCS licenses, before 5.2 WCS version. This is a little bit confusing.

The announcement is for the entire WCS range.

Thanks, may I know which statement clarify it is for all WCS? Because I need to report to management for replacement.

WCS was replaced by NCS.
NCS has been replaced by Cisco Prime Infrastructure.

Hi everyone, I have the same question, the EoL announcement is only about the location license not about all the products, in fact you can configure and order any option of WCS-STANDARD-K9 and WCS-ENT-PLUS-K9 (I configured both options a few minutes ago) without warnings. I think this is not enough clear yet.
