ISE on VMware Storage Requirements

Hi All,

I'm looking to install Cisco ISE virtual appliance on our VMware enviroment to support a deployment of 500 active devices.

It has been mentioned to me that a virtual instance of ISE under VMware is only supported if the appliance is installed on VMFS or iSCSI storage but not NFS. Is that correct? Our VMware platform uses Netapp storage and only NFS datastores have been configured. Will we need to configure iSCSI datastores to support ISE?

Thanks,

Cisco doesn't recommend the use of NFS storage, as it is not tested and might result in some file system errors.
