from time to time I have wifi guest users in my network who will not be redirected to the /guestportal/ page on ise. This is not a problem like "there is a proxy configured on the device etc". This must be something different because client looks absolutely ok. I wasn't able to find a solution for this. So regardless of a solution my question is: How can I help these guests? Is there a way to authorize these guest users directly in ISE? So that this client (identified by MAC) will not be forced to login?
