Limiting number of clients per username

We have 2 5508WLC in our organization and we try to limit number of users per username but it doesn't work.We tried on wlc security---  User login policies-- Max Concurrent Logins for a user name-- 2  .we set 2 but more than 2 clients with in the same username joins to our network. Is there any mechanism to fix this? Thank you

Are your trying on aps that are connected to the same controller? This value is independent to each controller and is not shared in an N+1.

What code version are you using?  When the user authenticate, do you see their username on the client list on the WLC?  Like Leo mentioned, depending on what radius server you are using, you can also set this client limitation their.

Are the users authenticated to a RADIUS server? If yes, which flavour?

yes,we use radius server.But what's falvour mean?

I believe this can be set on the RADIUS server.
MS AD also have this setting.

Hi

 I have this on my network and work properly. I had on version 8.2 and I have now in version 8.5. Same config as you. 

 You may facing a Bug there. Try a different version.
