Maximum number of Guest user account on WCS and WLC

Anyone could let me know the answer to the following questions?

1. If I create the Guest user account on WCS or WLC locally, what the maximum number of guest account is allowed on WCS and WLC respectively?

2. If we have guest user account created on both WCS and WLC, will the authentication check local user DB on both WCS and WLC? If yes, WCS first or WLC first?

Second part first.

When you create the account on the WCS it gets pushed ti the WLC. So only the WLC db gets checked.

As for how many, that depends. The max you could have is 2048 the max db size. But Mac filters, excluded clients and IIRC interface count all take away.

You can do a show database summary and see what is taking up space in there.

Here is the output of "show database summary", does it mean that our WLC can only have 512 entries in DB?

We have AIR-WLC4404-100-K9 running code 7.0.116.0

You can adjust that to 2048 via the gui or cli... requires a reboot.
