Does Mobility Express support client separation within a wireless vlan?  I do not see any options for this in the ME configuration.

You can do it via CLI. First disable wlan and then

(WLC1) >config wlan peer-blocking ?

disable Disable peer-to-peer blocking on a WLAN.
drop Enable peer-to-peer blocking and set the action to 'Drop'.
forward-upstream Enable peer-to-peer blocking and set the action to 'Forward-Upstream'.

(WLC1) >config wlan peer-blocking drop ?
<WLAN id> Enter WLAN Identifier between 1 and 16.

(WLC1) >config wlan peer-blocking drop 12

Then enable wlan again

(WLC1) >config wlan enable 12

I am guessing your talking about peer to peer blocking on a Mobility express WLAN?

Its under the WLAN> VLAN & Firewall >Peer to Peer Block

The other thing with Mobility express is quite often the GUI does not have some of the normal WLC commands, but you can configure them via the CLI, so also try the CLI

??  Using code 8.5.140.0   .. no such option displayed....requires manual configuration of an ACL.....what code level are you using??

Please follow the advice of Sandeep, upgrade to 8.8 (MR2 is just released, so I guess that's the one to go for now):
